In 2007, during his HSC, he joined HDFC, where he quickly became the top sales performer selling credit cards. While pursuing a B. Com degree, he worked with ICICI Securities Limited (2008-2009) and Religare Securities Limited (2009-2010), focusing on selling D-Mat accounts. In 2011, during his MBA, Amit joined IMRB Limited as a Team Leader, later being promoted to Project Manager, where he managed large projects and clients until 2017. In 2018, Amit became an independent qualitative moderator, conducting interviews and group discussions.
In 2019, Amit founded M/S Market Reglance Private Limited. Through extensive fieldwork across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Goa, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Orissa, and Punjab, he grew the company significantly, completing over 500 conceptual research projects. After completing my MBA, I gained valuable experience working at Kantar (formerly IMRB Limited), a leading market research firm. As a Project Manager and Client Servicing professional, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in every stage of the research process, from initial briefings to final data delivery. This hands-on experience not only honed my project management skills but also gave me a deep understanding of the market research industry.
One of the key milestones in my career was completing large-scale quantitative and qualitative projects at Kantar. These projects challenged me to think strategically, communicate effectively with clients, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines. Each project served as a stepping stone, building my confidence and reinforcing my belief that I had what it took to start my own company.
